No billing documents were generated. See log

Hello All,

 

I have created a SD and trying to move to billing its showing the message No billing documents were generated. See log

 

Message No is:VF032

 

could any one help me out why this happens even though we hav created a SD.

Billing date in case of Periodic Billing Plan

Hi,

 

Refer to the above subject,

I face billing posting error due to the billing date copied from periodic billing plan.

This billing type is order related billing (Business process is that stock is leased and post billing for rental fee.) and my requirement is to post billing as billing plan amount except billing date and billing date shall be document date. In addition, this requirement was already applied in other sales organization (in one client) as below :

 

(1st billing date in billing plan : 30/12/2013, Billing date in all billing documents : 27/02/2014)

Can you advise which setting shall be checked?

I checked copy control from sales order to billing (Header : copy requirement - 001 / Item : copy requirement - 023)

Multiple Freight Items from SCD to Customer Invoice

Dear Experts,

I'm currently setting up a new shipment cost / freight invoicing process for my client, and I have wonder how I can integrate several freight items into one customer invoice.

I followed the SAP Standard Customizing, creating the same condition type in the Shipment Cost Pricing Procedure and the sales pricing procedure.

This works fine as long as my SCD has only one Item Category, but for shipments with multiple stages I have more than one.

In this case, SAP will only pull one rate into the customer invoice.

Is there a way to have SAP pull the sum of all my items of the SCD?

Accoulting document for price + discount sd billing doc

Hi,

There are two conditions in SD billing document

1) price  ZP00 = 1000USD

2) discount  ZD00 = 100USD

 

This condition has the same account determination rules. I tried two options

1) set the same ERL key

2) Set the same rules for ERL and ERS keys.

 

BUT in all cases I get two line for revenue acoount in FI document 

1) +1000

2) -100

 

Is it possible to get +900 (price - discount) ?

Billing Document to be shift to other customer accounts with same invoice number

Hi,

 

For a long period of time we were maintaining different projects and site of a customer in a single account.

 

Now there is a requirement to distribute individual invoices to respective individual customer accounts for that site or project.

 

But doing that we also want to shift the invoices with following:

 

1) invoice numbers should be same (as it was generate originally)

2) Keep the same purchase order number

3) keep the same date of the invoice (as it was raise in the main accounts)

4) Keep the same salesperson

5) after doing step 1 to 4, we also want to close the main account by offsetting entries to avoid duplications.

 

 

After practicing above, we want the following result:

 

1) individual statement of accounts with the same invoice dates, Purchase Order Number and saleman reference.

Reject order to reverse rebate payable amount

Hello Guys:

                I have created partial settlment and release billing.

                Now I need to cancel this seetlment and reverse the payable amount.

                I find when I reject the settlement request, only some reject reason of sales order is available for this.

                It seems this is some configuration to control this.

                Please help to share, thanks.

At what time VBKDFS (Billing Due List) is maintained?

Hi all,

if the billing relevance of the item category (sales order) is maintained with A (Delivery-related billing document) at what moment is the system adding the delivery to the Billing due list?

I know that this should be related to the goods issue posting or (in case of direct delivery) related to the service confirmation.

But where is the related setting maintained in SAP? Or is this only triggered by coding?

Rebate Agreement & Scaling

Hi,

 

Customer Qualification for the Rebate is based on Sales Volume for the period not for the Sales Order / transaction e.g. Rebate Agreement Period is 1st Jan to 31st Dec. & if sales volume for the period reaches 40,000qty for that customer then whatever above that will be applicable for Rebate & for every additional 1000qty rebate % will be increasing e.g.


Start Date   - End Date    -  Sales Volume     - Rebate %

01-01-2014   31-12-2014     40,000qty                 0%

                                        41,000qty                 5%

                                        42,000qty                 5.5%

                                        43,000qty                 6%

                                        44,000qty                 6.5%

This scaling is same like "Graduated to Interval Scale" - scale type "D", which is possible to map for the particular transactional volume, but here I have to consider volume for a entire period.

 

How to map this scenario?

ADRCT [Address] and PRSOK [Pricing is OK] setup

Good day gurus,

 

     As mentioned on my title, I'm having hard time to find the setup for ADRCT and PRSOK values.

 

          This is because upon creation of BILLING, I'm facing an error, "Address does not exist"and "Error in determining taxes".

               The billing is executing the BAPI_INVOICE_CREATE and I've seen that it returns the mentioned error.

 

          Note: this for Brazil NF billing.

 

Also I cant find any exact discussion about this issue, So I decided to open this one.

Revenue Account determination based on Ship to party Destination & Account Assignment Group

Hello Experts,

 

Currently we are using custom table 903 with combination of these 5 fields - SalesOrg/Dest.Ctry/AAG/AAG/AcctKey and system is using Destination country & AAG from Sold-To party for deriving Revenue Account Determination.

Business user now wants Revenue account determination based on the Destination country & Account Assignment group values of fields from Ship-To party.

Though I have updated the screen layout of Ship-To party  SalesArea=> BillingTab to include Account assignment group newly and Ship-To customer is assigned with "Foreign Revenue", I am not sure how to make system to derive values from Ship-To and not the SoldTo party (which has "Domestic Revenue").

 

Upon searching on blogs I have read about using USEREXIT_ACCOUNT_PREP_KOMPCV, I am not clear how the system is going to read values from Ship-To Vs Sold-To.

 

I appreciate your time and guidance on this.

In Sales and Distribution if an Billing document post to accounting, then the same billing document should not allow to cancel.

Please guide me is any standard SAP SD settings exist.

condition type

We have a condition type called ZCT  in the original  billing document. This ZCT has value in the billing document. We are creating a return order for this billing document. Before raising the order we are maintaining the nil value for this condition type in the key combination which has document type , customer wise and ofcourse sale orgn, distn chanl.  When return order is raised with reference to original billing document, the zct in the billing is copied in the return order and use update function to get the nil value in the ZCT condition type for which nil value is maintained. But ZCT condition type is copied twice in the order. Please provide solution so that ZCT which has value to


Customer invoice needs to be adjusted for Volume/qty shortage

We have a requirement where in a customer does not want the invoice to be issued until the Goods are received. At the time of Goods receipt, if they have any volume/qty difference, they want the Invoice to reflect the actual volume/quantity and reduced amount(instead of getting two billing documents - original invoice and credit memo).

 

Essentially customer wants to pay only for the QTY received (and do not want the hassle of paying more and receiving the credit later).

 

Is this even doable in SAP using Std. configuration? Thanks for the response.

Archiving from KOCLU table, yet table doesn't shrink with reorg

Hello experts,

 

We have been doing archiving for many years now, and the table that seems to give me the hardest time is the KOCLU table.  Though the archivng objects are running, the KOCLU table doesn't seem to want to shrink any.  We have other sales tables (such as VBAP/VBRP) that will cut in half after archiving, but the KOCLU table barely changes by a couple percent in size.  We have tried offline reorgs, export/import, etc. and cannot get the table to shrink after deletions.

 

I am concerned that something is being missed in our archiving objects, but I'm not sure how to really find what may be at the root of the KOCLU size.  Being that it is a cluster table and made up of many objects, I am wondering if there is any kind of validation queries that can be run to really locate old data and determine what may be causing it to stay in the table structure.  Is there some other document that keeps the KOCLU entries from being removed, etc.

issue regarding condition type?

Hi guru's,

 

in our sales dept. they have created a sales order and in condition type they maintained wrong condition type and by this in vr11 report that basic value is not appearing because of wrong condition type in this document all account and excise document is created now the issue is my client want to change the document in that date (before 30 Days). so i know we can't change it in back date we have only one way to create this order and do all things in current date but my client doesn't want this. so how can we change it.

Single delivery but multiple invoice created

Hello,

 

For some of the delivery documents, we found there are 3 or 2 invoices created for a single delivery. But as per the step, it should be only one invoice for one delivery.

 

Can you please suggest what may be cause for this issue.
