Billing Plan issue

Dear Experts,

           I am doing periodic billing plan, i am getting Billing date after one month, i.e if settlement period is Feb, i am getting billing date on 01.04.2012, but it should be 01.03.2012, please let me know where i am doing the mistake. please refer the below screen shot
