Can one web service have multiple service interfaces

Hi,

My scenario will be webservice to Proxy.

when ever third party system triggers URL different interfaces need to be triggered. suppose If I have 3 service interfaces in my scenario. if I generate a WSDL and I will provide to third-party system when ever they trigger webservice it has to call different service interfaces (instead of creating three webservice for each service interface ). Will it be possible? and also looking for suggestions.
